"They canceled my renters policy coverage after the incident happened to me. I was told they are unable to continue the renters policy starting next month due to the claim I filed. This has been a total disaster — a fraud and a scam. I do not recommend State Farm to anyone. They seem upset because they had to pay for my stolen items under the renters policy. I’ve never heard of anything like this. We add renters insurance specifically for these unexpected situations. Loyal clients don’t deserve to be treated like criminals by having their policies canceled. And by the way, be prepared for a 5% increase on your car insurance each month. I’ve had the worst auto insurance experience with this agent over the past five years due to poor pricing, lack of loyalty, and terrible customer service.
